We charge a flat listing fee of $299 and charge no listing commission to list your Hawaii home in the multiple listing service.

Flat List RE is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii (Brokerage # RB-19259) and Stacie Whitfield is your licensed principal broker. We choose to charge a flat fee and not a commission and the seller only offers a commission to the buyer's agent, 1-3% - Seller's choice.

The seller always reserves the right to sell to their own buyer, for sale by owner, and not pay any commission.

We also offer assistance with offers if you find that handling the transaction on your own is too overwhelming. For $950 paid only if the transacation closes, we will walk you through the sale process, from negotiations to closing including, inspections, escrow setup, title order, work with the lender, appraiser, the buyer's agent, etc. Find out more...

When you are ready to buy, we will represent you in your purchase and give you 1/2 of our commission!

Example:  On a $400,000 home, if the buyer's agent commission is 3%, then our commission would be $12,000. We would write you a check for $6000 after successful close of escrow. You will receive the check within 7 days of closing!
